How to post consistently on social media

Why is being consistent on social media always so difficult?

🤭 I know I should post more but I don’t know what to write

😬 I know I should post more but I don’t feel confident about video

🙄 I know I should post more but I just can’t stick to my plan

Your audience is already on Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and they are WAITING for you to get it together. Here’s what I do every single week to MAKE SURE I’m showing up for my people:

1 ➜ Create a step-by-step workflow to go from a bunch of ideas and photos to finished and scheduled posts. What exactly is your process and can you simplify it?

2 ➜ Continuously add ideas into a note / doc / database (like Airtable) so I always have something to write about even when I'm busy, tired, and don't feel like anything sounds right.

3 ➜ Have a specific day of the week for content creation. Every Monday you’ll find me spending a couple hours creating my posts for the week and planning what I’ll share on stories.

4 ➜ Get OFF social media and read books, listen to podcasts, talk to other people so I have new things to share. I’m always learning myself so I can share more with YOU!

5 ➜ Spend time talking to your audience. I always have the best ideas after coaching calls, webinars, even posting polls and questions boxes here on IG.

6 ➜ LIMIT SCROLLING. How often do you pick up your phone and start scrolling when you don’t know what to do next?? I’m betting we can agree that it’s TOO OFTEN.

Here's the thing, social media is SO MUCH easier and effective when you aren’t flying by the seat of your pants, trying to figure out what to post in the moment.

My 90-Day content planner is a great guide for this - grab your copy on Amazon.
