Frequently Asked Questions

  • STEP 0 ➜ We’ll meet on Zoom (or however you like to communicate) to discuss your project and make sure we’re a good fit. I’ll answer all your questions and we’ll pick a date to start. Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, your spot is saved.

    STEP 1 ➜ You'll fill out my Dare to Grow worksheet to share the details of your dream website or landing page. It’s okay if you don’t have any ideas, this process will point us in the right direction. (I’m going to ask you for a Pinterest board so feel free to get a head start on that!)

    STEP 2 ➜ We'll meet on Zoom to go over your website needs and ideas, and make sure we’re on the same page with the design and site structure.

    STEP 3 ➜ I'll get to work designing a mockup of your landing page or homepage (for a full website) and writing copy (unless you have your own). This will be used as the brand guide for the whole project. Once it’s ready, we'll collaborate via Zoom to make sure it's exactly what you envisioned.

    STEP 4 ➜ Once you approve the design I'll login to your platform (you can create a guest login for me) and install everything, set up pages, forms, scheduling and whatever else you need! Then we can meet one last time to finalize any last details and make sure everything is working perfectly.

    STEP 4 ➜ I’ll deliver the final project as the Google Doc or a PDF if there are design elements included. We can meet one last time and make sure everything is perfect!

  • Generally websites take around 3 months to complete. Landing pages and copywriting projects take around one month.

  • Nope! Zoom helps with collaboration, but we can communicate via email or phone too.

  • Absolutely! Let me know what platforms you use and I’ll create a set of templates to match your brand that can be edited in Canva. Includes additional fees.

  • Disappearing designers are the worst! I offer tech support to all clients for an hourly fee. Send me an email or use the form below to let me know what you need; most updates can be made within 14 days.
