Use a habit tracker to create content consistently

One of the business truths I’ve discovered is that no sales or marketing strategy will succeed unless you do the mindset work to support it. You might see some results, but that big level up...without the mindset + self care to power your process, it ain’t gonna happen.
And so I’ve added meditation / EFT / breath work into my morning routine along with journaling to help support myself in what I want to accomplish.
But I know from reading all the self improvement and high performance books that tracking how well I’m sticking to my habits in my head just isn’t enough.
What I’ve found is that I can kind of stick to my habits just knowing I want to make them a priority, but
I’m a lot more consistent when 2 things happen
1 - I’m able to see my progress for the entire month. I’ve been using a habit tracker called Done and it literally shows me a month of X’s and O’s to note whether I’ve checked off that task or not.
2 - I feel a little hit of accomplishment by ticking things off every night. Sometimes I journal, or post on IG, or workout JUST because I want to see my progress in the app. 🤷🏼 Whatever works, right?
Often we make sticking to our habits and goals so freaking complicated when all we really need is a visual of how often we’re committed. Can you check the box every day for a week? Can you check the box every day for a month?
Track things like:
posting on social media daily
recording video 2x week
checking analytics
planning content

Show up on stories every day

Workout
