Are you ghosting your audience?

Instagram is like dating and you might be kinda flakey.

Here’s what I see happening so often with business owners on Instagram - you create your profile, show up on occasion, and get super bummed when your audience doesn’t respond.

Your captions are 1 sentence long. You’re posting about random stuff. Your audience doesn’t really know what you’re about.

Would you be showing up and wanting to connect with someone who’s only around some of the time?

Nope!

Just like dating, someone has to make the first move. Someone has to ask for consistency. Someone has to make their intentions known.

And in business, that someone is YOU.

Your audience isn’t going to show up and respond if you’re not there.

We always worry that if we start showing up more often the trolls will come out of the woodwork. But that just doesn’t happen. (You need to grow a whole lot more to earn those trolls)

What will actually happen is your audience, who has been patiently waiting for you to show up, will be so excited to hear from you.

The reason MY audience shows up so consistently is because I show up consistently.
